PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat resistance of an organic photoelectric conversion film of a solid-state image sensor.SOLUTION: A solid-state image sensor includes pixels each having an organic photoelectric conversion part which performs photoelectric conversion by an organic photoelectric conversion film. The organic photoelectric conversion film is formed of a dye composed of a multimer having absorbance in ultraviolet to infrared regions. The technique of the present disclosure is applicable, for example, to a back-illuminated solid-state image sensor. |
