PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device in which adhesion between a body case and a power source improves, and a luminaire including the lighting device.SOLUTION: A lighting device 1 has: a circuit board 4 including a lightning circuit 4a; a circuit holding member 3 including a hollow part in which the circuit board 4 is accommodated, and having a polygonal cross section comprising a plurality of side surfaces; a body case 5 including a hollow part in which the circuit holding member 3 is inserted, and having a polygonal cross section including a contact surface which comes into contact with at least two side surfaces out of the plurality of side surfaces in the circuit holding member 3; and an elastic member 8 provided between the circuit holding member 3 and the body case 5, and adhering at least two side surfaces and the contact surface. |
