PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device and spindle device capable of stable grease lubrication over a long period of time with a simple and cheap mechanism. ! SOLUTION: A bearing device 10 includes: an angular ball bearing 11; an outer ring spacer 12 for coming into contact with an axial direction end surface 15c on an anti-counter bore side of an outer ring 15; and an inner ring spacer 13 for facing the outer ring spacer 12 and coming into contact with an axial direction end surface 14b of an inner ring 14. The outer ring spacer 12 has a spacer side grease reservoir S2 defined on an inner diameter side so as to communicate with a bearing space S1. A grease G is sealed in the spacer side grease reservoir S2, and on an outer peripheral surface of the inner ring spacer 13, a conical taper outer peripheral surface 13b is provided in which the diameter gradually expands toward the angular ball bearing 11. !
