<p>The invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, and specifically to the drying of windings, for example of electric machines. The technical result of the claimed invention consists in simplifying the design of a dryer for windings, reducing the weight thereof, the compactness of said dryer, the possibility of use in small repair shops, and the absence of the need for use of a thermally insulating chamber. The apparatus makes it possible to significantly reduce the labor intensity involved in the drying process, to ensure the efficient use of electrical energy during drying, and to improve the magnetic properties of the core. The mentioned technical result is achieved by virtue of the fact that the method for drying a winding of an electric machine, which is characterized by heating the winding by means of a high-frequency current source with a heater connected thereto, said heater being in the form of an induction coil, while the feed to and control of the high-frequency current source is performed with the aid of a power unit with an induction coil control system, is characterized in that the induction coil is in the form of a spiral and is introduced into the electric motor during the drying process coaxially with an inclination of 1.5 mm such that the spiral of the induction coil is arranged uniformly in the axial direction relative to the stator of the electric motor, wherein this is performed in such a way that the magnetic lines of force produced by the induction coil are directed perpendicular to the lamination of the core; after this, the high-frequency current source is connected via the power unit to the control system and the stator winding is heated to the required temperature and kept at this temperature until the enamel is in a dried state, and once the heating is finished, the current source is switched off and the induction coil is withdrawn from the electric motor.</p> |
