The solenoid has a stator and a rotor rotating around a rotational axis (51). An air gap is formed between a rotor disk and a pole face (30). Magnetic poles of the rotor disk, the air gap and outer and inner partial pole faces (31, 32) of the pole face form elements of a magnetic system. One of the elements of the magnetic system is variably formed along circumference direction (10) based on a rotational angle of the rotor around the rotational axis such that torque results in resetting the rotor in a starting position during switching-off current through windings of a cylinder-shaped coil. The magnetic poles are formed as identical or different sized ring segments.
