<p>A coin counting device includes a mounting seat (2), a counting unit (4) disposed removably on the mounting seat, a guiding unit (3), and a track unit (5). The mounting seat includes a first guide passage (24), and two retaining groove units located respectively at two sides of a central axis (L) of the first guide passage. The counting unit is disposed selectively within one of the retaining groove units. The guiding unit includes a positioning plate (31) which has a slide slot (32) which matches with slide slots (32 & 32) within front and rear plates (21 & 22) of the mounting seat. Also provided on the positioning plate is a swing arm (33) which carries a rotating member (34) which extends through each of the slide slots. The swing arm is also connected to one of a plurality of retaining plate portions (311) by a resilient member (35) such as a tensile spring. Further provided is a guiding spring plate (37) which extends from a series of fasteners (36) towards the counting unit and abuts the rotating member of the swing arm so as to bias coins moving through the guide passage towards the counting unit.</p> |
