<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a member to select a deferred payment even in a circumstance where an adjustment terminal and a transaction management terminal are not connected in a manner that enables the terminals to communicate. <P>SOLUTION: A transaction management server comprises: a storage device 6 which stores information on a member who is allowed to make a deferred payment; and transaction information acquisition means 7 which acquires transaction information from an adjustment terminal executing adjustment processing.
