<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a core-shell type toner and a core-shell type toner, which includes inorganic fine particles uniformly present on the surfaces of toner particles, suppresses dropping an external additive, can prevent contamination of a carrier, has little fluctuation in a charge amount, and thereby, can prevent toner scattering, and to provide an image forming method using the toner. <P>SOLUTION: The production method of a core-shell type toner includes the following steps 1 to 4. 1: Core particles of the core-shell type toner are produced. 2: Inorganic fine particles are dispersed in a monomer and further dispersed in an aqueous solution of a surfactant. 3: The monomer is polymerized to produce resin particles for a shell layer. 4: The surfaces of the core resin particles are coated with the resin particles for the shell layer to form a shell layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
