In the present invention, provided is a three-dimensional apparatus for measuring teeth in the mouth, comprising a light output unit which outputs light to teeth in the mouth; a light guiding unit which has higher refractive index than air, receives two refractive light reflected toward different directions by the light and outputs the same as two transfer lights; a photographing unit having two photographing modules which receive two transfer lights and generate the two images for the teeth; and a processing unit which generates information on the teeth shape based on the two images received from the photographing unit.
