<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video device which enables a user to easily identify the position of even a connection terminal having an unfamiliar protocol name. <P>SOLUTION: A video device 1 comprises: a display part 14 to display video; an input part 15 for receiving an input from a user; a control part 18 for controlling display of the video on the display part 14; connection terminals for connecting with external devices; and a storage part 16 to store data on the connection terminals and the image data. With a predetermined input to the input part 15 from the user, the control part 18 reads the data on the connection terminals and the image data from the storage part 16, displays on the display part 14 a list of the connection terminals mounted to the video device 1, and displays on the display part 14 an image showing the position, in the device, of the connection terminal selected by the input part 15, and an image showing the shape of an inlet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
