<p>A method of operating a wireless device is provided in which an interference level on a resource is determined. In addition, a signal is transmitted on the resource with a first power when the interference level is low. The first power is such that the signal is received with a first SNR. Furthermore, the signal is transmitted on the resource with a second power when the interference level is high. The second power is such that the signal is received with a second SNR less than the first SNR.</p> |
