An embodiment of the present invention is to provide a high reliable organic semiconductor device and a method for manufacturing the same. The organic semiconductor device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a supporting substrate (10), multiple organic EL light emitting devices, a first barrier layer (L1), a flattening layer (L2), and a second barrier layer (L3). The flattening layer is intermittently formed to flatten the slope of a stepped part on the surface of the first barrier layer. The first barrier layer and the second barrier layer are formed of a material which disturbs penetration of liquid. |
