An electric circuit for actuating an electrically actuatable mechanism comprising: a controller; multiple operator inputs each of which, when actuated, changes a boolean signal to the controller; a first relay adapted to provide a voltage to the electrically actuatable mechanism in response to a control signal from the controller, a second relay electrically connected to an output of the controller and operative to control power to the controller in response to actuation of one of the operator inputs, a respective diode associated with each operator input, wherein each diode is associated with the second relay preventing a back-feeding of the voltage from the second relay.
