1. An apparatus for preparing a solution of a shear sensitive material comprising:
a process vessel comprising an inlet to deliver dry ingredients to the interior of the process vessel, a dip tube extending into the interior of the process vessel to deliver a process stream to the interior of the process vessel, an agitator to stir the contents contained in the interior of the process vessel, and a outlet valve to release the process stream from the interior of the process vessel; a first pump connected to the outlet valve; at least two tangential flow filters connected in series wherein the first tangential flow filter is connected to the first pump and the last tangential flow filter is connected to the dip tube of the process vessel so that the process vessel, the first pump, and the at least two tangential flow filters are configured to form a circulating loop; and at least one addition tank connected to at least one addition pump wherein the addition pump is connected to the circulating loop and configured to pump a reagent from the addition tank into the circulating loop.
