Provided is an organic electroluminescent device comprising a substrate in which a pixel area having a light emitting area and an element area is defined; switching and driving thin film transistors formed in the element area on the substrate; and a first electrode electrically connected with a drain electrode of the driving thin film transistor, and formed at the top of a flattening layer of the light emitting area. The driving thin film transistor comprises an oxide semiconductor layer, and forms a dual gate structure having a first and a second gate electrode at the bottom and the top of the oxide semiconductor layer. The second gate electrode is formed at the top of the flattening layer having the first electrode with the same material forming the first electrode.
