<p>A PROCESS FOR MAKING A FRAME PANEL FOR A TELEVISION SET OR OTHER DISPLAY DEVICE, WHEREIN FOUR PIECES OF METAL (10T, 10B, 10R, 10L), COMPRISING THE FOUR SIDES OF A DISPLAY FRAME ARE FUSED TOGETHER SIMULTANEOUSLY TO PRODUCE A BASIC FRAME MEMBER (IM1) THAT UNDERGOES THE FURTHER PROCESSING STEPS OF FORMING (1P2), NOTCHING (1P3), LANCING AND PIERCING PROCEDURES (1P4), BENDING (1P5), FURTHER PIERCING PROCEDURE (1P6) AND CHAMFERING PROCEDURE (1P7) TO CREATE A METAL FRAME THAT HAS THE SHAPE REQUIRED FOR A TELEVISION SET. THE PROCESSES IS CHARACTERISED IN THAT THE FOUR PIECES OF METAL (10T, 10B, 10R, 10L) ARE FUSED TOGETHER USING LASER WELDING.</p> |
