The present invention relates to the biosynthesis of polyunsaturated fatty acids. More specifically, the present invention prepares multi-expression vectors to transform plants to express McD6DES, AsELOVL5, and PtD5DES genes using the pAO815 vectors at the same time. The present invention confirms that the polyunsaturated fatty acids of omega-3 and omega-6 such as GLA, STA, DGLA, ETA, ARA, EPA, DTA and DPA are biosynthesized in the seeds of the plant. Accordingly, the present invention can be usefully utilized as a polyunsaturated fatty acid producing resource.
