A gramophone record changing device for consecutively playing records from a stack of records comprises three rails f of triangular cross-section which are received in grooves in the driving spindle a and are provided with hooked ends d, e, the rails being connected to the turntable h by springs g. The arrangement is such that when a record is freed by the conventional supports i the rails slide down the spindle by one record and the weight of the played records is taken up by the hooks d acting on the top record and hence the supports i whereby the pressure of the pick-up arm k on each record is maintained constant. |
