The present invention relates to a condenser and, more specifically, to a condenser with a cooling means reducing exhaust air temperature and improving heat-exchange efficiency capable of improving the heat-exchange efficiency of the condenser by using condensate generated by the condenser; preventing an increase in the temperature around the condenser due to exhaust air of high temperatures by cooling the exhaust air discharged from a ventilation fan for discharging heat generated in a heat-exchange process of the condenser; and easily securing the installation space of the condenser. To achieve the same, the condenser with the cooling means reducing exhaust air temperature and improving the heat-exchange efficiency of the present invention includes a storing tank collecting the condensate generated by the condenser through a recovery pipe connected to the condenser and storing the collected condensate; a supply pipe formed between the storing tank and the condenser and supplying the condensate inside the storing tank; and a detachable exhaust air temperature reducing means formed on the outer side of the condenser and reducing the temperature of the exhaust air by being heat-exchanged with the exhaust air inside the condenser discharged through the ventilation fan. |
