<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal broaching machine which need not replace a jig or adjust the position of a nozzle thereby to facilitate lubrication, washing, and cut chip discharge even if broach tools of different twist directions are used.SOLUTION: In an internal broaching machine 1 for working an axial groove of a prepared hole of a workpiece by inserting a broach tool 5 into the prepared hole 2a of the workpiece 2 thereby to relatively move the broach tool and the workpiece, above or below the workpiece, there are stacked a first nozzle 6 for injecting fluid such as lubricant liquid, mist, or air toward the outer circumference 5b of the broach tool obliquely to a broach tool shaft C, and a second nozzle 7 for injecting the fluid inversely obliquely from the first nozzle.</p> |
