PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device that enables a structure inserted into a blood vessel of a subject to be clearly visible in an X-ray fluoroscopic image.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes: an image acquisition part for acquiring an X-ray image group of a subject; a generation part for generating a blood vessel route image of the subject on the basis of a first X-ray image group acquired by the image acquisition part; and an emphasis processing part for emphasizing a structure in the blood vessel of the subject in each frame of a second X-ray image group acquired by the image acquisition part on the basis of the blood vessel route image.
