<p>The present invention relates to a strip-type electric heating wire bending device for bending a strip-type electric heating wire with a rectangular section having a thickness smaller than the width. The strip-type electric heating wire bending device comprises: a flat plate-shaped base plate for supporting a strip-type electric heating wire while maintaining a main surface, which forms the width, of the strip-type electric heating wire horizontally; a curved guide slot formed on the flat plate-shaped base plate; a cylindrical bending roller mounted on the guide slot to be able to move along the guide slot on the base plate while rotating about an axis; a bending pressurization unit of a predetermined height provided on the lower surface of the bending roller so as to rotate the bending roller about the axis and, while the bending roller is being moved along the guide slot, apply bending stress to a side surface, which forms the thickness, of the strip-type electric heating wire to be bent; and a bending support unit of a predetermined height arranged to face the bending pressurization unit in the direction of diameter of the bending pressurization unit, with the strip-type electric heating wire interposed therebetween, so as to support the strip-type electric heating wire to which bending stress is applied from the bending pressurization unit.</p> |
