PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator capable of attaining downsizing by reducing the number of components and suppressing the extension of a dimension in an axial direction, a manufacturing method thereof and a rotary electric machine with the stator.SOLUTION: A stator core 11 is manufactured by laminating electromagnetic steel plates. Core blocks each including a yoke part and a tooth part are formed annularly by being connected via a flexible first connection part. A centralized winding coil 14a is formed by winding a conductor wire around the tooth part through a recessed space that is formed from body parts 20 and 27 of first and second insulation bobbins 15 and 24 disposed on both axial end faces of the core block and first and second guide parts 16, 21, 25 and 28. A conductive member holding part holding a first conductive member 30 connecting the centralized winding coil 14a in an AC manner is formed from three layers of holding grooves 17 which are opened outside of a radial direction, formed to penetrate the first guide part 16 in a circumferential direction and arrayed in an axial direction. |
