PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel anti-Robo1 antibodies having improved affinity to Robo1.SOLUTION: An antibody comprises an amino acid sequence of a heavy chain where the proline residue at the position 103 is substituted by another amino acid residue, and a specified amino acid sequence of a light chain, and the antibody has an affinity to Robo1. The antibody may be a single chain antibody fragment (scFv). Nucleic acid encodes the antibody. A diagnostic agent or a therapeutic agent for tumor comprises the antibody labeled with a radioactive isotope.
