<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately determine whether water leakage is present or absent in accordance with a degree of the water leakage in a water supply line installed inside a house.SOLUTION: A home server is configured to periodically acquire and store measurement data indicative of a measurement value of a flow from a flow sensor, and read the measurement data to execute processing for determining whether water leakage in a water supply line is present or absent. The processing is configured to be started when the latest measurement value exceeds 0 (zero), and the water leakage determination is divided into two phases. In the water leakage determination at a first phase, the home server is configured to: read the measurement data indicative of the measurement value for past 30 minutes; calculate a standard deviation of the measurement value for the past 30 minutes; compare the calculated standard deviation with a preliminarily set first reference value; and when the standard deviation is the first reference value or less, determine that the water leakage is present. The water leakage determination at a second phase is processed when an index value exceeds the first reference value, and the processing is configured to: run the water leakage determination at a second phase; read the measurement data for past 24 hours in the water leakage determination; and, when each of the measurement values in the past 24 hours exceeds 0 (zero), determine that the water leakage is present.</p> |
