An audio output device including a casing, a first speaker component, a second speaker component and a sound-guiding board, and a video/audio output device using the same are disclosed. The first speaker component is a circular speaker, and is disposed at the casing. The first speaker component faces towards a first direction. The second speaker component is disposed at the casing, and faces towards a second direction which is different from the first direction. The sound-guiding board is a square plate body, located above the first speaker component, and is separated at a predetermined distance from the first speaker component.

1. An audio output device, for being covered under and separated from a board by a distance, comprising:
a casing having a first surface, a second surface and a third surface, the first surface and the third surface being opposite to each other, the second surface being connected between the first surface and the third surface; a first speaker component disposed at or nearby the first surface of the casing and facing along a first direction; and a second speaker component fastened to the casing such that the second speaker component substantially is level with or parallel to the second surface, the second speaker component facing along a second direction different from the first direction, and a volume of the first speaker component being greater than a volume of the second speaker component; wherein an area of the first surface is larger than an area of the second surface, the first speaker component is for producing a sound wave, and a portion of the sound wave produced by the first speaker component is reflected by the board to travel along the second direction.
