The present invention relates to a safety communications system and a method thereof to provide an alarming system to tell a location of danger occurrence. More specifically, the invention is communications techniques including a sensor- based lighting to respond to dangerous situations promptly. The present invention according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a device to detect risky conditions; a lighting security system to create situation data by analyzing risky condition data including location ID received from the device; and a lighting control system to control the operation of lighting according to the situation data.
