PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg capable of obtaining a fiber-reinforced composite material which can simultaneously achieve interlaminar fracture toughness, CAI and flexural modulus at high dimension and maintain the glass transition temperature of a resin material high while using a benzoxazine resin having excellent moisture resistance and heat resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a prepreg 10 which comprises: a fiber-reinforced layer 3 comprising a reinforced fiber 1 and a resin composition 2 which is impregnated between fibers of the reinforced fiber and contains (A) a benzoxazine resin, (B) an epoxy resin and (C) a curing agent having two or more phenolic hydroxyl groups in the molecule; and surface layers 6a and 6b which are provided on a surface of the fiber-reinforced layer 3 and contain (A) a benzoxazine resin, (B) an epoxy resin, (C) a curing agent having two or more phenolic hydroxyl groups in the molecule and (D) polyamide resin particles 4a and 4b having an average particle diameter of 5 to 50 μm, wherein the polyamide resin particles include polyamide 12 resin particles 4a and polyamide 1010 resin particles 4b. |
