<p>The present invention easily identifies an elevator bank which a passenger intends to take, even in a case where a plurality of elevator banks is present. Group management control devices (11A) to (11D) of a plurality of elevator banks (A) to (D) are connected via a communication cable (12). The group management control devices (11A) to (11D) have: own and other bank determination processing unit (27) that determines whether a destination floor reserved from a destination floor reservation device (7A) is serviced by the own elevator bank (A) or by the other elevator banks (B) to (D); an allocation and registration unit (25) that allocates and registers an elevator serial number of the elevator bank (A) in the former case; succession allocation and registration units (26B) to (26D) that perform allocation and registration at the other elevator banks (B) to (D) in the latter case; and a display processing unit (29) that performs display associated with the destination floor reservation device (7A) which has performed a reservation operation.</p> |
