<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-edged blade capable of improving a processing grade, and capable of elongating the service life of a blade itself. <P>SOLUTION: This thin-edged blade 10 includes a metal base material 11 formed by dispersing a super-abrasive grain with a metallic material as a base and a cutting edge 13 formed at an outer peripheral edge of the metal base material, and cut-processes a cutting object material by the cutting edge by rotating the metal base material around a shaft. At least any of a through-hole 27 penetrating in the axial direction and a recessed part formed along the axial direction is formed in a radial shape or a grating shape in the metal base material, and a soft member 25 formed of a softer material than the metal base material is arranged in the through-hole or the recessed part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
