<p>The present invention separates a nut from the front mounting part of a spindle and moves the nut to the rear side by joining the front end of a joint protrusion to a joining outer circumference groove on a blade grasping flange in a flange grasping unit and maintaining them to be joined and fixed to each other and rotating a rotation operation member. At this moment, the nut is moved while moving the ball of a joining and fixing unit backwards into a main body by responding to the elasticity of an elastic member. Also, the nut is prevented from moving forward and escaping as the ball which comes out from the joining and fixing unit using the elasticity of the elastic member is joined to the front surface of the nut after the nut has moved.</p> |
