The present invention relates to a big data engine for structured and unstructured data capable of increasing the productivity and a processing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a technology of processing unstructured data as well as structured data in a process control system. Accordingly, the big data engine includes a data reception unit, a data storage unit, and a data processing unit. The data reception unit receives multiple types of data from the outside on a real-time basis. The data storage unit extracts and stores structured and unstructured data relevant to the production from the types of data. The data processing unit dispersedly process the structured and unstructured data stored in advance. The present invention can extract the structured and unstructured big data relevant to the production from the types of data received from the outside and stores and processes the data in a dispersed manner to increase the productivity. |
