The arrangement has a flexible liquid line (37) arranged in a handle part (2), and a receiving space (13) formed at an outer circumference of an internal socket (9), which faces a wall opening of a handle tube (1). The flexible liquid line is displaceable from a longitudinal storage loop (40) during relative rotation between a suction hose (3) and the handle tube. A rotation angle between the suction hose and the handle tube is limited according to a measure of length of the flexible liquid line in the longitudinal storage loop.
