The present invention is intended to measure the concentration of dissolved oxygen in water bodies. The detection range of dissolved oxygen in water is of 0 to 25 mg/l, an advantage of using this membrane is that oxygen is not consumed during the measurement process; the medium to be measured does not suffer any alteration, and no external chemical reactants being used for the quantification of the analysis sample.
