The present invention is an intake facility, and more particularly to an intake facility for first rainwater of a small river and a non-point pollutant removal system, wherein an intake pipe with a predetermined height passes through the bottom of a small river or a small stream, and an intake opening is formed at an upper end of the intake pipe in order to allow water used to normally flow to normally flow, and allow first rainwater to flow inside through the intake opening when it rains so that inflow water is collected by a collection part, and non-point source pollutant in the collected first rainwater is reduced. Therefore, A plurality of intake pipes, which have each shape of a truncated cone, a truncated pyramid, a semi-elliptical, or the like with a predetermined height from the bottom of a small stream and pass through the bottom, is formed to maintain natural flowing of water of the small stream in order to protect an ecosystem of the small stream. |
