The program protection device includes: a protection area unit including an encrypted protection area, a starting point display unit displaying the starting point of the encrypted protection area, and an end point display area displaying the end point of the encrypted protection area; and a protection area connection unit including a decoding unit which generates an execution code unit by decoding the encrypted protection unit and a protection area calling unit calling the execution code unit.
