The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an adiabatic box including the steps of: setting a plurality of surface regions on a prepared cover material to form a polyhedron; installing each core material inside the surface regions; and folding and bonding the cover material to form the polyhedron to enable each core material to be positioned on each surface. Moreover, the present invention provides an adiabatic box manufactured by the method.
