PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable article which is easily pierced and attached with a string, can be attached with the string as long as the user likes and enables the shape and size of accented parts to be free from the restriction of the string.SOLUTION: A portable article 1 includes: a portable article body 3; a save recess 4 formed in the bottom of the portable article body 3; and string holes 8a-8i which are open holes formed in the bottom 10 of the save recess 4 and allow a string 6 shaped in a single string without a loop of a portable strap 5 to pass but prevent a knot 7 thereof from passing.
