A battery rod and an electronic cigarette applying same. A connecting element (16) is sleeved in one extremity of a battery sleeve of the battery rod. The battery sleeve comprises, coaxially sleeved in an outward-running order, an inner protective sleeve (112) and an outer protective sleeve (113). The inner protective sleeve (112) and the outer protective sleeve (113) are both made of a nonmetallic material. A fastening ring (18) used for engagingly fastening the connecting element (16) is sleeved on the outside of one extremity of the inner protective sleeve (112) at a position corresponding to the connecting element (16). The outer protective sleeve (113) and the fastening ring (18) are coaxially arranged. Also, the outer protective sleeve (113) and the fastening ring (18) are in a staggered arrangement along the axial direction of the battery sleeve. An end surface of the out protective sleeve (113) is opposite in position an end surface of the fastening ring (18). This battery sleeve made of the nonmetallic material provides improved softness and comfort in touch, allows for improved simulation of the touch of a real cigarette, greatly increases the overall degree of simulation of the electronic cigarette, significantly optimizes use experience for a user, and prevents the connecting element from falling off. |
