The present invention relates to a method for loading samples and a sample loading device which can enable a plurality of samples to be observed through one-time TEM equipment setting by loading the plurality of samples on one grid when the samples are observed with a TEM and, more specifically, to a method for loading samples on a grid for TEM observation and a sample loading device, the method comprising the steps of: (A) horizontally mounting a grid; (B) mounting an ultrasonic vibrator such that a spray plate thereof faces the bottom, at a predetermined height of the upper part of the mounted grid; (C) loading a sample liquid on the upper side of the ultrasonic vibrator, and operating the ultrasonic vibrator so as to load sample liquid mist on the grid; and (D) drying the grid on which samples are loaded.
