PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration plate capable of imparting local vibrations to a position where touch input is performed.SOLUTION: A vibration plate includes: a plurality of source lines 12 which are arranged adjacently to one another; a plurality of gate lines 11 which are arranged adjacently to one another to cross the source lines 12; a plurality of first thin-film transistors 13 which are provided corresponding to respective intersection parts of the source lines 12 and gate lines 11; and a plurality of piezoelectric vibrators 19 which are provided corresponding to the first thin-film transistors 13, and generate vibrations according to drive signals supplied from the source lines 12 through the first thin-film transistors 13.
