PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrator capable of reducing degradation in a Q value due to air resistance applied to a vibration element and exhibiting excellent vibration characteristics, and further to provide an oscillator provided with the vibrator, an electronic apparatus and a movable body.SOLUTION: A vibrator 1 includes: a package 9; and a vibration element 2 which is accommodated in the package 9 and vibrates in a bending vibration mode. An atmospheric pressure inside the package 9 is equal to 100 Pa or less. Further, the vibration element 2 includes: a base portion 4; and a pair of vibration arms 5 and 6 which is provided integrally with the base portion 4 and extends from the base portion 4. The pair of vibration arms 5 and 6 includes: weight portions 59 and 69; and arm portions 50 and 60 provided between the weight portions 59 and 69 and the base portion 4.
