<p>Abstract: A self propelling crane personnel lift comprising a rectangular framed work platform box having a top and a bottom, a front and a back, safety rails, semi enclosed and two sides one of which includes an entry gate, and a floor with an access panel ; and a centre stabilizer ; and five points of contact; wherein the said centre stabiliser made up of a rectangular box tube is attached through the centre of the work platform box from the top through to the bottom; wherein the said five points of contact consist of; a top limit switch, four points of contact attached to the said work platform box at the outer four corners of the top of the box via shackles and chains connected to a work roping system and the fifth point of contact attached via the work roping system through the said centre stabiliser.
