The present invention allows easy parallelization of processing that uses a timer. The information processing device (10) then receives issuance timing information that is issued by the information processing device (20) in response to a second issuance request generated by the process (21). On the basis of the issuance timing information, the information processing device (10) controls the issuance timing of a timer event that is issued to the process (11) in response to the first issuance request.
