The present invention relates to a composition including a mixture of Eucommia ulmoides, Citrus paradisi, and an Ecklonia cava as an active ingredient. According to the present invention. a mixture of Eucommia ulmoides, Citrus paradisi, and an Ecklonia cava inhibits an expression of CDK1 and CDK2 genes which are cell proliferation-related transcriptional activators, inhibits an expression of adipocyte fatty acid binding protein (AP) and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ (PPAR-γ) genes which are transcriptional activators for forming fat cells, inhibits proliferation and differentiation of preadipocytes, and can be effectively used for preventing or treating obesity.
