The present invention relates to a composite art panel and a manufacturing method of the same. A manufacturing method of a composite art panel for finishing an exterior of a structure according to the present invention includes: i) a cutting step of cutting a non-combustible aluminum stacked panel with a predetermined thickness into a rectangular flat panel having a predetermined size; ii) a cutting part forming step of vertically cutting out lower surfaces of both ends in a longitudinal direction and one side end in a transverse direction of the rectangular flat panel while making each stepped part in order to form one side cutting part, the other cutting part, and a wide cutting part of the same thickness, which are formed outside of a panel body part; iii) an outer inserting part forming step of forming an outer inserting part by forming one side vertical web part by vertically bending one side cutting part upward, forming one side vertical flange part by again horizontally bending one side vertical web part outward, forming a locking element by vertically bending one side horizontal flange part downward; and iv) an inner inserting part forming step of forming an inner inserting part by forming the other vertical web part by vertically bending the other cutting part upward and forming the other vertical flange part by horizontally bending the other vertical web part inward. Therefore, the present invention maintains smoothness as well as increases productivity by achieving a simpler manufacturing procedure, and also reduces cooling and heating costs. |
