<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing reactive polymer powder hardly causing aggregation of a polymer when the polymer prepared by solution polymerization is reprecipitated with water, reducing change in the molecular weight after filtration and drying, producing no insoluble matter, and leaving a few amount of a residual aprotic polar solvent. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing reactive polymer powder includes a process of: mixing a water soluble solvent (D) having an SP value of 20-30 [(MPa)<SP POS="POST">1/2</SP>] and a boiling point of not lower than 100°C and not higher than a boiling point of a solvent (B), which is at least one selected from a sulfoxide solvent, a lactone solvent, a cyclocarbonate solvent, an amide solvent, and a cyclourea solvent, with a polymer solution (C) consisting of a polymer (A) including a radical polymerizable unsaturated group and an acid group and having an acid value of 50-200 mgKOH/g and the solvent (B); and a process of reprecipitating the polymer powder with water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
