<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control signal receiving device and a power control method capable of suppressing power consumption of an electronic device during remote control signal reception standby time period. <P>SOLUTION: A remote control signal receiving device included in an electronic device connected with a television receiver by a wire that can communicate power, has: signal processing means 11 analyzing a received remote control signal; and power supply means 12 supplying power to the signal processing means 11, and receiving power via the wire from the television receiving device that stops power supply to the wire in a power-off state or a standby state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
