<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device which has resistance to occurrence of congestion caused by variation in a traffic amount. <P>SOLUTION: A home agent 10 collects a transmission rate and a reception rate in all paths between the home agent and mobile terminal devices 60, 70. The home agent 10 calculates capacity and available bands of all paths based on the collected transmission rate and reception rate. When the capacity of any one of all paths overflows, the home agent 10 executes a process of moving a flow which passes through a path with the overflowing capacity to another path for all flows so that the minimum value of the available bands of all paths is the maximum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
