FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine. An intraocular implant of the crystalline lens contains: two watch elements, a spring element for changing the distance between the first and the second watch elements along an optic axis of the crystalline lens implant to change the focus distance of the crystalline lens implant. The crystalline lens implant is made with a possibility to take the shape, suitable for large distance vision when the spring element is in its relaxed state. The rigidity coefficient of the spring element has a value lower than 550 mN/mm. The method of manufacturing the intraocular implant of the crystalline lens includes: measurement of the natural crystalline lens, which will be substituted with the crystalline lens implant, formation of the spring element with such a rigidity coefficient that the spring element supposedly yields to tightening by means of tension forces, created by the crystalline lens capsule, surrounding the natural crystalline lens, and formation of one of the two watch elements in accordance with the desirable optic power, obtained from the said measurement.EFFECT: application of the said group of inventions will make it possible for the intraocular implant to adapt to the eye physiology and to place it in the crystalline lens capsule for a long time.15 cl, 5 dwg |
